Dr. Dareen D. Siri, MD, FAAAAI, FACAAI, FISAAI serves Midwest Allergy Sinus Asthma, SC, with locations in Normal and Springfield, Illinois, as an accomplished and empathetic allergist. She’s passionate about both helping patients manage food allergies and also spreading awareness about food allergies and anaphylaxis.
Dr. Siri received her medical degree from the University of California San Diego School of Medicine in La Jolla. After earning her medical degree, Dr. Siri moved to Providence, Rhode Island, to complete her internship and residency in general internal medicine at Brown University.
She then moved to Florida, where she earned an advanced subspecialty fellowship in allergy-immunology from the University of South Florida in Tampa and John Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Dr. Siri boasts a number of certifications. She’s a fellow of the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (ACAAI), and a diplomate of both the American Board of Allergy and Immunology and the American Board of Internal Medicine.
In addition, in 2012, she was profiled by the Springfield Business Journal’s “Notable 40 Under 40.” Dr. Siri was also awarded the ACAAI Clemens von Pirquet Award for her innate-immunity research.
From 2005 to 2013, Dr. Siri served as department chair at the Springfield Clinic. She now serves as president of the Sangamon County Medical Society, a nonprofit medical organization in Springfield.
Dr. Siri cares deeply for the Springfield community. She’s an anaphylaxis community educator, associated withACAAI and the Allergy and Asthma Network Mothers of Asthmatics.
Her other community work includes her roles in making epinephrine accessible to allergic students in 186 area schools, organizing the Springfield Allergy and Anaphylaxis support group, and putting together the city’s first Food Allergy Research Education (FARE) walk for awareness. She also serves in the State of Illinois PANS/PANDAS Legislative Action Committee as its committee chair, and is a member of the Consortium of Independent Immunology Clinics, working with their research and scholarship committees.
Dr. Siri is committed to research and education. She is the Clinical Research and Medical Director and a Principal Investigator at Sneeze, Wheeze, & Itch Associates. Dr. Siri is also an Assistant Professor, Southern Illinois School of Medicine, training the next generations of medical providers.
When she’s not working, Dr. Siri loves spending time with her family. Born in Laos, she retains strong ties to her native culture and loves cooking and eating savory Thai, Vietnamese, and Laotian food.

Michael Manning, MD, is board-certified in internal medicine as well as allergy and immunology. He provides a wide range of care to patients at Allergy, Asthma & Immunology, LTD, with two locations in Scottsdale and another in Gilbert, Arizona.
An Arizona native, Dr. Manning has very deep roots in the valley. His interest in allergy and immunology started when he was a patient in the office that he eventually joined.
He was very fortunate to start his career under the guidance of his childhood allergist and mentor, Dr. Hartley. This background gives Dr. Manning a unique insight and compassion for his patients. Dr. Manning graduated with honors from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. He attended the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and pursued his internal medicine residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix. This was followed by an allergy and immunology fellowship at Scripps Clinic and Research Foundation in La Jolla, California.
Dr. Manning is a fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology and the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology. He is active on committees and leadership positions in both organizations. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine as well as the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. Dr. Manning is currently a member of the Board of Regents for the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology. He is a past president of the Western Society of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology.
His expertise includes allergies, asthma, sinusitis, food allergies, drug allergies, angioedema and hereditary angioedema, hives, contact dermatitis, aspirin and other drug desensitization, and immune deficiencies. Dr. Manning lectures throughout the United States, oversees a cutting-edge research department within his practice, and is active in educating medical students, residents, and allergy fellows.
For many years, Dr. Manning coached his sons in various youth sports. He was active on the boards of the different little league and high school sports. He has always had a love for running and enjoys completing half and full marathons with his daughter. He and his wife are also passionate about animal rescue.

Sarah launched her virtual CFO and accounting firm after a career in tax preparation and corporate finance, with roles at global corporations like PwC and Alcon Laboratories (a Novartis company), as well as a leadership position as controller with a local family organization. She went on to run a multi-media company, Plaid for Women, and founded a non-profit focused on bully-proofing young girls.
Sarah took her varied and rich leadership, financial, and tax roles, and combined her skills into a virtual CFO and bookkeeping firm, so that local small- to medium-sized businesses can benefit from expert financial guidance without needing to hire a full-time executive.
Today, Sarah’s clients benefit from her education, experience and insights, as she helps them achieve peace of mind while reaching their goals.
